Description

Join us on September 28th from 2:00pm-9:00pm for our annual Oktoberfest!

From 2:00pm-5:00pm, we will be hosting 3 educational courses that are worth one PDH credit each. The classes will be 45 minutes long with a 10-15 minute Q&A. The courses will not be delayed for later arrivals, so make sure to arrive on time so you don't miss out!

From 5:00pm-9:00pm will be your time to visit with our great sponsors and exhibitors while enjoying an Oktoberfest inspired dinner, an open bar, and games! If you visit all our sponsors and exhibitors you will be entered to win one of several door prizes. Make sure to stay until winners are announced to claim your prize!


Tech Session Topics and Schedule

2:00 - 3:00 pm: "Data Center Design and Construction" - Brian Hatmaker, Vice President of Stulz

3:00 - 4:00 pm: "EC Fan Arrays in AHU's" - Jay Eldridge, Regional Applied Equipment Sales Manager with Daikin Applied

Jay Eldridge is a Regional Applied Equipment Sales Manager for Daikin Applied. He has over 26 years experience in the application and design of applied HVAC systems. His current responsibilities include support and optimizing central and decentralized HVAC systems. Jay is a long time member of ASHRAE and served as the chair of the District Energy (TC 6.2) technical committee and is a member of the Large Building Air-Conditioning Systems (TC 9.01) committee. He is also a member of the Fans technical committee (TC 5.1) Jay has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University.

4:00 - 5:00 pm: "Condensing Boiler Theory and Construction" - Christopher Haas, Southern Regional Manager with Viessmann

Chris Haas is the Southern Regional Manager for Viessmann Manufacturing. Having been in the hydronics and hot water industry since 1988, Chris has a wealth of knowledge regarding sales and marketing of high-efficiency boilers and water heaters. Chris is also a proud graduate of Western Michigan University.
